Our machine excels in rapid cooling, reducing food temperatures from high levels to 10℃ in just 8 to 18 minutes (depending on the specific dishes). This swift cooling significantly reduces packaging waiting times and expedites the production process. Furthermore, it offers customized cooling profiles for various types of dishes, further optimizing efficiency.

Our system delivers impeccable cooling results. The machine maintains consistent post-cooling temperatures for food, both internally and externally. This inhibits bacterial growth and preserves the appearance, taste, and nutritional value. Additionally, the cooling process complements low-temperature cooking, enhancing the penetration of sauces and flavor substances into the ingredients, resulting in juicier and more flavorful products.

Safety and hygiene


Our equipment places a strong emphasis on health protection and incorporates several bacteria control features to rigorously prevent the risk of bacterial infection. It initiates the steam jet ejector to sterilize the pipeline by introducing steam before operation, establishing a hygienic cooling environment and avoiding cross-contamination. Additionally, the cooling chamber is well-sealed with food-grade silicone strips, effectively preventing the intrusion of bacteria or foreign objects.

The top plate inside the machine is inclined at 172 degrees to prevent secondary contamination from condensate water dripping. A 0.16μm air filter ensures clean air intake during pressure restoration from the vacuum state. The alternate opening/closing of dual opposing doors prevents the pollution of the material-discharging workshop due to air exchange.

Energy conservation


The vacuum cooling system, with its professional design and tuning, excels in consumption control and energy-saving. The system accurately regulates the steam flow passing through the steam jet ejector, preventing unnecessary energy consumption.

The one-piece polyurethane foaming insulation adopted for the cooling chamber effectively reduces energy loss. The supporting chiller intelligently switches modes according to the ambient temperature, to provide long and efficient power conservation.

Cleanliness and sanitation


The equipment features a high level of sanitary design for increased protection and is compliant with technical standards ranging from IP65 to IP69K. It can be directly cleaned with pressurized water, chemical solutions, or sterilizing steam, facilitating daily cleaning.

The machine employs hygienic fasteners and flange, a seamless-welded liner, round-tube lifting point, and “I”channel tracks to ensure easy cleaning without any corner uncleaned. The anti-dripping top plate and pipe can be effortlessly disassembled, facilitating the hassle-free cleaning.

The PLC control system guarantees excellent control accuracy with minimal interference. The waterproof and dust-proof control cabinet is designed to avoid water and dust ingress and include over-current protection and earth-leakage protection, ensuring both production and personnel safety.
