The tri-synergy vacuum enhances cooling speed significantly. The machine is capable of bringing hot food to room temperature, typically within 3 to 10 minutes (depending on the specific ingredients). It greatly shortens the waiting time for cooling, and increases the cooling capacity significantly, which reduces costs and increases efficiency for users.

Precise and intelligent operation delivers ideal cooling results. The customized cooling curve for baked goods effectively prevents food collapse, shrinkage, and cracking. Our vacuum system inhibits oxidation, preserving the delectable color and taste of the product. Rapid cooling also inhibits bacterial growth and extends the shelf life.

Safety and hygiene


Emphasizing Ingress Protection, our machine's self-cleaning feature minimizes the risk of cross-contamination. It initiates pipeline sterilization with steam by activating the stem jet ejector before operation, crating a hygienic work environment. The cooling chamber, equipped with a high-level ingress protection system, maintains a sealed environment throughout the entire process to prevent contamination from foreign objects.

The machine’s top plate is inclined at 172 degrees to prevent food secondary contamination from condensate water dripping. Two opposite doors separate the hot and cold workshops, preventing air convection from contaminating the product-discharge workshop. A 0.16μm air filter ensures clean air intake without pollutants during pressure restoration. The presence of opposing dual doors effectively prevents pollution incurring from air exchange.

Energy conservation


Our cooling system has undergone professional adjustment and optimization, resulting in excellent power consumption control. The cooling chamber utilizes polyurethane foaming insulation to avoid heat exchange and reduce energy consumption.

Steam flow is precisely regulated by the steam jet ejector to avoid excessive consumption of energy. The chiller switches modes according to ambient temperatures, ensuring long-term and efficient power conservation.

Cleanliness and sanitation


With excellent Ingress Protection ratings, our machine can achieve levels ranging from IP65 to IP69K. As a result, it can be cleaned directly with pressurized water, chemical solutions, or sterilizing steam, simplifying daily cleaning procedures.

The machine employs a seamless-welded liner, round-tube lifting point, and “I” channel tracks to ensure easy cleaning without any corner uncleaned. The anti-dripping top plate and pipe fittings can be effortlessly disassembled, facilitating hassle-free cleaning processes.

The PLC control system has strong anti-interference ability, high control precision and strong stability. The cabinet is equipped with over-current and earth leakage protection mechanisms to ensure the safety.
