Fundamentals

The machine uses high-temperature steam to bring the water to the desired temperature. Then, a high-pressure pump pressurizes hot water, and strategically placed high-pressure nozzles, distributed around the container, spray in all directions, ensuring high-temperature sterilization during the cleaning process. Following the cleaning phase, users can opt for an air blower and air dryer to efficiently remove water from the cleaned container.

Four-stage rapid sterilization & cleaning

Our cleaning process comprises respectively pre-wash, main wash, rinse, and final rinse.

In the pre-wash stage, high temperature and pressure water with a strong flow is used to effectively sterilize and loosen tough attachment.

In the main wash stage, high temperature and pressure water is applied with stronger impact, ensuring thorough sterilization and deep decontamination without leaving any blind spots.

In the rinse stage, high temperature and pressure spraying with relatively clean water is employed to remove any remaining foam and dirty water.

In the final rinse stage, the high-pressure spray with fresh water at room temperature from an external source is used to cool and rinse the containers.

Three-tank circulating water supply

Our water supply system consists of three interconnected water tanks with pipeline designed in a cascading manner, ensuring the water flow from high to low. This design effectively replenishes all levels of water tanks, starting from high to low, while also serving to dilute and purify the water quality.

Each water tank is equipped with integrated functions, including heating, temperature control, and filtration, customized for specific cleaning stages in the water supply process. The water, after using in the cleaning section, is returned to its respective tank and undergoes a double filtration process to prepare it for reuse. The lowest-level water tank efficiently removes greasy and floating debris, ensuring the water's cleanliness.

Fast air blowing & drying

The end of the cleaning tunnel can be linked to an air blower and air dryer, facilitating swift water removal from the turnover containers. Users have the flexibility to combine air blowing, air drying, or both, based on the specific needs for water removal.

The air blower applies the air knife device independently developed by our company, which can convert the compressed air generated by the motorized fan into a stream of pressurized air blade, and quickly strip the water on the surface of the container. The air dryer, an addition to the air blower, functions as a heating device, generating a high-temperature air blade. This blade not only aids in stripping water but also utilizes heat to facilitate the evaporation of any remaining moisture, thereby enhancing the overall water removal.
