By implementing a four-stage rapid washing system, the machine can efficiently handle 200 to 900 containers per hour, ensuring both effective cleaning and high-quality sterilization. The chain track's speed is adjustable, accommodating containers with varying degrees of dirtiness and meeting client-specific requirements.
The down-holders in the tunnel are simple and adjustable, allowing flexibility in changing the width and height of the cleaning tunnel to accommodate various container sizes. The spray angle of the surrounding high-pressure nozzles is adjustable and bottom nozzles are swingable, ensuring thorough sterilization and decontamination without missing any corners. Additionally, the water temperature is adjustable to protect containers sensitive to high temperatures, ensuring a non-destructive cleaning process.
Safety and hygiene
We prioritize safety and hygiene with our machine, incorporating multiple measures. Multiple high-temperature cleaning processes and full-coverage spray ensure that containers come into complete contact with high-temperature water for thorough sterilization.
The water tanks feature a dual filtration system to enhance water cleanliness and ensure the quality of the washing. Additionally, the chain tracks are equipped with dedicated nozzles to keep the chains sanitary and prevent cross-contamination.
Energy conservation
Large-scale mechanized cleaning reduces the reliance on manual labor, effectively lowering labor costs. The blower used for air drying is strategically positioned at the top of the tunnel, maximizing space utilization and minimizing the footprint on the site.
The three-tier water tank system achieves the efficient allocation and recycling of water resources, reducing emission, and promoting water conservation. The steam jet device of the water tank ensures full mixing of water and steam, resulting in high heating efficiency and low energy consumption.
Cleanliness and sanitation
Our machine is waterproof and moisture-resistant, allowing it to be easily wiped down and cleaned with a chemical solution, thus saving time and effort. By including elements such as seamless welding, a round-tube base frame, and concealed wiring within conduits, the machine showcases flat, smooth surfaces that are easy to clean, preventing stains from lingering.
The side cover plates, pipes, and nozzles can be effortlessly disassembled, ensuring hassle-free cleaning. Strip curtains at the infeed and outfeed of the machine prevent water splashing and steam leakage, maintaining workshop hygiene.
