This rapid cooling significantly enhances efficiency and shortens the production cycle. Our system ensures precise operation and delivers perfect cooling results. The vacuum technology effectively prevents oxidation, preserving the delectable color, taste, and nutritional value of the food. The cooled food maintains consistent temperatures both inside and outside, inhibiting bacterial growth and extending shelf life. Additionally, the cooling process complements low-temperature cooking, enhancing the penetration of sauces and flavor substances into the ingredients, resulting in juicier and more flavorful products.

Safety and hygiene


Our equipment places a strong emphasis on health protection and incorporates several bacteria control features to rigorously prevent cross-contamination with food materials. It initiates the steam jet ejector to sterilize the pipeline by introducing steam before operation, establishing a hygienic cooling environment. Additionally, the well-sealed cooling chamber effectively prevents the ingress of foreign objects and bacterial infection.

The top plate inside the machine is inclined at 172 degrees to prevent secondary contamination from condensate water dripping. The dual opposing doors allow for the separation of hot and cold areas and prevent air exchange, ensuring the hygiene of the material-discharging workshop. A 0.16μm air filter ensures clean air intake without pollutants during pressure restoration.

The tri-synergy vacuum system, with its professionally calibrated technical plan, excels in consumption control. The steam jet ejector precisely regulates steam flow, resulting in energy savings.

The cooling chamber is insulated with polyurethane foam, effectively reducing energy consumption. Additionally, the intelligent water chiller seamlessly switches modes based on ambient temperatures, ensuring long-lasting and efficient power conservation.

Cleanliness and sanitation


With a high ingress protection rating, the machine is compliant with technical standards ranging from IP65 to IP69K. Therefore the machine is waterproof, damp-proof, and resistant to high-temperature steam, making it suitable for direct cleaning with pressurized water, chemical solutions, or sterilizing steam, simplifying daily maintenance.

By adopting sanitary-grade fasteners and flanges, seamless welded liners, and channel tracks, the machine ensures that every corner can be thoroughly cleaned. Furthermore, the top plate and pipe fittings can be easily disassembled, facilitating hassle-free cleaning.
