Ensuring a bacteria-free processing environment for vacuum-packaged food is challenging, and the food is prone to bacterial contamination before packaging. Although vacuum packaging can inhibit the growth of some microorganisms, it is ineffective against anaerobic bacteria and requires further high-temperature sterilization. Common methods such as water bath sterilization have issues such as slow speed, high sterilization costs, and cumbersome equipment maintenance. In response to these challenges, Huansu has developed an atmospheric sterilizer that utilizes steam heating with higher efficiency and energy savings.
