The machine operates by introducing high-temperature steam to the cabinet. The temperature control system intelligently adjusts the steam flow and precisely controls the heating temperature. The heat circulation system generates steam circulation to ensure uniform heat dissipation. After sterilization, the cooling water is activated to rapidly cool the food.

Steam heating system


This system introduces high-temperature filtered steam, free from impurities, into the cabinet through a pipeline to sterilize vacuum-packed food. It is equipped with the steam recycling pipeline to reuse the heat energy of steam for energy conservation.

Intelligent temperature control


Utilizing high-precision sensor to monitor temperature in the cabinet, the system intelligently adjusts steam flow in real-time based on the change of temperature, ensuring a precise alignment with the set heating temperature.

Heat circulation system


Located at the top of the cabinet, the motorized fan propels rapid rotation of the fan blades, creating the steam circulation. This promotes an even distribution of heat, ensuring uniform and thorough heating for the same batch of food, resulting in standardized sterilization.

Water-spraying cooling system


The cooling water, connected through the pipeline, is sprayed through the sprouts on the side walls, for rapid food cooling.
