Fundamentals

The ingredients are fed into the soaking tank by the conveyor belt, where they are treated in the circulating preservation solution. A transmitter monitors in real-time the ionic concentration of the solution for the automated dosing through the dosing pump. After the preservation process,the ingredients are carried onto the outfeed by belt conveyor, passing the air-drying system quickly eliminates the remaining solution from the surface of the ingredients, allowing for direct packaging .

Conveying system


This system serves the purpose of transporting materials. Positioned above the trough, the conveyor contains the ingredients within the preservation solution, preventing freshness loss due to air exposure. The cylinder vibrator ensures the conveyor belt vibrates at a specific frequency, preventing clumping, sticking or squashing of the fruits and maintaining the quality of the ingredients.

Preservation fluid circulation system


It includes four components: a circulating pump, solution storage tank, soaking tank, and filter. The circulating pump extracts the preservation solution from the storage tank and pumps it to the soaking tank; ingredient debris is removed by a strainer. The used preservation solution is then recycled into the soaking tank.

Automatic dosing system


The ion concentration of the fresh-keeping solution is measured in real-time by a sensor, and it is supplemented by a dosing pump to maintain the concentration in line with the preset value.

Air-drying & discharging system


This system, composed of conveyor and air-knife, comes into play once most of the preservation solution has been separated. It conveys the ingredients to the outfeed where high-speed airflow from the air-knife effectively removes the remaining preservation solution the surface of ingredients and reach to the discharging standard.

The hoisting system


Situated above the equipment and driven by a motor, the hoisting system is designed for lifting the conveying system. This simplifies the daily cleaning of the conveyor belt and tank body, reducing the manual washing workload.
