High cooling efficiency. Lowering high-temperature dishes to below 10 ℃ takes only 8-18 minutes (depending on the type of ingredients), significantly reducing the time gap between hot processing and packaging, thereby increasing the production capacity of the entire pre-made dish production line.

Excellent cooling effect. The temperature inside and outside the ingredients is uniform, effectively suppressing oxidation and gelatinization , maintaining a good appearance, taste, and nutritional value. During the cooling process, as the water within the food boils, it imparts a secondary cooking effect, enhancing the flavors of the ingredients and consequently elevating the overall taste profile of the prepared dish.

Safety and hygiene


The machine incorporates multiple aseptic designs to rigorously minimize food contamination risks. Prior to operation, vacuum pipelines undergo sterilization using steam to establish a hygienic environment and prevent cross-contamination.

The top-plate of the machine features a 172° anti-drip design to prevent secondary contamination due to condensation water. The two opposite doors design supports the isolation layout of hot and cold workshops, thus preventing air circulation pollution in the discharge workshop. A high-precision filter rated at 0.16μm ensures that the air drawn in during pressure restoration remains clean and uncontaminated.

Energy conservation


The tri-synergy vacuum is more scientifically efficient, consuming less power. The vacuum system precisely controls steam flow through the steam jet ejector to avoid resource waste.

The integral polyurethane foam insulation within the cooling chamber effectively inhibits heat exchange, reducing energy consumption. The matching chiller automatically adjusts operating modes based on environmental temperature, ensuring long-term energy savings.

Cleanliness and sanitation


The machine is waterproof and dust-proof, allowing for direct cleaning through wiping, pressurized water, and chemical solutions, making daily maintenance more convenient.

Designed for easy cleaning, it includes integral seamless-welded inner liners, round-tube lifting points, and an open "I"-shaped track, eliminating hygiene blind spots and ensuring residue-free cleaning. The anti-drip top cover and pipeline are designed for easy disassembly, ensuring hassle-free cleaning.

The equipment has a small footprint, produces no pollution during operation, and promotes a hygienic workshop environment.
