The steam jet ejector can be activated to sterilize the pipeline with steam before operation, creating an aseptic environment and preventing cross-contamination. Food-grade silicone strips on the cooling chamber doors act as barriers, preventing the entry of foreign objects and safeguarding against bacterial infections.

The top plate inside of the machine is inclined at 172 degrees to prevent secondary contamination from condensate water dripping. The presence of opposing dual doors effectively prevents any air exchange between the hot and cold areas, thereby ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the material-discharging workshop. A 0.16μm air filter ensures clean air intake for pressure restoration, maintaining air cleanliness.

Energy conservation


The vacuum system has been professionally tuned and optimized, promoting low-carbon energy conservation and environmental protection. The water chiller can switch work modes according to the temperature. The polyurethane foaming materials effectively insulate heat exchange, reducing energy consumption. The filter for pressure-restoring can be recycled after cleaning, saving cost.

Cleanliness and sanitation


Being waterproof and dust-proof, the machine allows for direct wiping, high-pressure water washing and chemical cleaning, facilitating the daily cleaning and maintenance. A seamless-welded liner, round-tube lifting point, and “I”-channel tracks ensure easy cleaning without residue, leaving no corner uncleaned. The anti-dripping top plate and pipe fittings can be easily disassembled, offering barrier-free cleaning. The two opposite doors of the machine support the division and separation of hot and cold areas in the workshop, facilitating environmental sanitation control.
