Fundamentals

Utilizing high-temperature and high-pressure full-coverage spray without the need for detergent ensures the effective removal of stubborn stains and thorough sterilization, leaving no spots overlooked. The three-tier water tank system features a well-thought-out allocation of water resources, promoting water recycling for energy savings and emission reduction. Additionally, the option to install an air blower or air dryer after the cleaning section facilitates the swift removal of residual water from the container's surface.

Four-stage washing

The entire cleaning process is divided into four stages: pre-wash, main wash, rinse, and final rinse. The first three stages involve high-temperature and high-pressure sprays (with varying water pressure), while the final rinse stage features room temperature and high-pressure spray.

In the pre-wash stage, the high water flow serves purposes such as sterilization, grease removal, and softening stubborn attachments. In the main wash stage, high pressure water is utilized for deep sterilization and potent decontamination. In the rinse stage, water quality is relatively clean for removal of floating foam and wastewater. In the final rinse stage, water is directly supplied from an external pipeline for fresh water cleaning and cooling of the container.

Three-tier water tank

The cleaning process consists of four stages: pre-wash, main wash, rinse, and final rinse. The first three stages employ high-temperature and high-pressure sprays with varying water pressure values, while the final rinse stage uses room temperature and high-pressure spray.

In the pre-wash stage, high-velocity water facilitates sterilization, grease removal, and softening stubborn attachments. The main wash stage employs high water pressure for deep sterilization and effective decontamination. The rinse stage optimizes water quality for floating away foam and wastewater, and in the final rinse stage, water is directly supplied from an external pipeline for fresh water cleaning and container cooling.

At the rear end of the cleaning section, there is flexible configuration options for an air dryer and a dryer to facilitate rapid water removal.

The air blower features an air knife device independently developed by Huanshu.

This device transforms compressed air from the air pump into a stream of high-velocity , effectively stripping residual water from the container's surface. The air dryer, an enhancement of the air dryer, incorporates a heating device to produce high-temperature and high-pressure airflow. In addition to air drying, it utilizes heat to expedite water evaporation, further enhancing the water removal effectiveness.
