The vertical double-tunnel design accommodates two turnover trays simultaneously, facilitating a cleaning capacity of 200 to 1800 containers per hour. The conveying track supports speed regulation through frequency conversion, allowing adjustments based on container dirtiness levels and customer preferences.

Utilizing a comprehensive high-temperature spray, the sterilization process is thorough and leaves no area untouched. Following drying and water removal, containers can directly come into contact with food. The adjustable cleaning water temperature ensures the protection of containers not resistant to high temperatures, ensuring a non-destructive cleaning process.

Safety and hygiene


The equipment utilizes seamless welding, panel drawing polishing technology, resulting in smooth internal and external surfaces that resist stains and bacteria. The surrounding layout of the nozzles ensures full container contact with high-temperature water, promoting thorough sterilization.

A double filter device in the water tank guarantees the cleanliness of the cleaning water. Additionally, the guide rail features a specialized cleaning nozzle to prevent cross-contamination between the guide rail and the container

Energy conservation


The machine seamlessly integrates cleaning, sterilization, and water removal, leading to reduced staffing and labor costs. The cleaning section is efficiently connected to the air blower and dryer, with a strategically placed motorized fan above the tunnel to optimize workshop space.

The use of high-temperature and high-pressure cleaning eliminates the need for detergent, minimizing consumable costs. Furthermore, the machine recycles water resources, promoting water conservation and reducing sewage costs. Additionally, steam jet heating ensures rapid heating, providing greater energy efficiency compared to electric heating.

Cleanliness and sanitation


The machine offers high ingress protection and easy cleaning, with the entire machine capable of direct washing through high pressure, chemical cleaning, and high-temperature steam sterilization, ensuring optimal hygiene. Through seamless welding, drawing polishing, and wiring within conduit design, it eliminates sanitary blind spots, leaving no residue after cleaning.

The tunnel's side plates, internal pipeline, nozzles, chain, and other components are easily disassembled, guaranteeing a barrier-free cleaning process. Water-poof strip curtains at both ends of the tunnel prevent splashing and steam leakage, preventing any pollution in the workshop.

The entire machine undergoes seamless welding, with bottom tank of the washing tunnel constructed from an integrated, non-spliced steel, ensuring a robust structure and excellent water resistance.

The electric control cabinet is both waterproof and moisture-proof, incorporating built-in overload and leakage protection mechanisms to guarantee the safety of both the equipment itself and the operator.
